Welcome to SPIRAL FACES the Breakfast Club provision for children at Chaulden Junior and Chaulden Infants' Schools

What happens at SPIRAL FACES?
Faces meet in the dining hall at Chaulden Junior School
We liaise with all staff at the schools, promote a shared understanding of education, and care to ensure that each child’s needs are catered for and we use their behaviour policy to ensure continuity of understanding and routine, which helps the new children settle in quickly.
We have a range of activities to suit all ages as they get ready for the School day.
Staff
All our staff are DBS checked and have safeguarding, prevent and food hygiene training.
Food & Snacks
Children are provided with a range of healthy breakfast with , cereals, toast, crumpets and yoghurt and fruit with water readily available.
Time & Cost
Chaulden Junior School (Dining Hall)
Starts at 7.30 am every morning. Breakfast is served from 7.45am to 8.15am. The children know the staff working at Breakfast club. A member of staff takes Infant children to their classroom with Juniors going straight to their classes.

Payment
We use an electronic system, Magic Bookings. Information on how to register and book can be found on our website www.spiralfaces.org.uk Invoices are produced and you can pay immediately, monthly or with Child Care Vouchers and Tax Free Child care. After School Club
There is no after school club at the school.
Some families use registered childminders and several use the Good Shepherd After School Club based at Chaulden community centre (just outside the bottom gate of Chaulden Junior School next to the Chaulden shops.) The club is run independently from the school. It also serves several local schools.
