General messages
Please contact the school office if you wish to communicate about the following:
- Absence (including medical appointments)
- sickness
- lateness
- school dinner enquiries
- complaints
- urgent messages
Your child's learning
If you would like to speak to someone with regard to your child’s learning please speak to your class teacher in the first instance. You can contact the class teacher directly via the Class Dojo app. If necessary, they will refer to a member of the Senior Leadership Team. You can also email them via the school office. You will receive a response within two working days of receipt of your enquiry. Please allow 48 hours for a response.
Reporting a concern
If you are concerned about a Chaulden child or family then please contact one of our Designated Safeguarding Officers immediately via the school office.
All conversations are treated in the strictest confidence and in line with our school policies.
