This week we have been listening to the Speak up and be Heard presentations in class. From learning about Henry VIII to the eruption of Vesuvius, the children have taken us back in time and kept us intrigued. The teachers have been particularly impressed by the children's confidence and carefully structured presentations. In English, we are now writing our own adventure story, having studied the Creakers. Today, we wrote the openings and were working hard to capture the reader's attention right from the beginning!
