Our School

Chaulden Junior School is a school for children between the ages of 7 and 11 years. We are an ambitious and forward looking school which aims to make a real difference to the children who come here. We work in partnership with parents and the local community to provide a range of services and support.
The children have written their own Golden Rule which makes sure that Chaulden is a happy place in which to learn and play: "We treat everyone as we would like to be treated by showing respect for all. We are determined to be the best that we can be!"

Our Newsletter

Schoolcomms

The school communicates with parents and carers via Schoolcomms, an efficient, electronic messaging service. When families join the school, they are signed up to the system which enables the school office to send out its weekly newsletters or other information about trips and events by email. For urgent or important messages, the school can send out a message by text. This works well to keep parents informed, for example of return times for trips. Please see Mrs Chase in the office for more information, and remember to update your details if your change your phone number!
